Delivery and delivery times:
Delivery times depend on the time of order management and shipping, and may vary depending on the distribution network provided by the transport agencies in each region. At the time of delivery, the customer will not have to make any payment.
The delivery times for an order vary for each sale and are indicated in the shipping section of our website. Under normal conditions, the minimum delivery time for an order placed through Hsjgourmet.com before 5:00 p.m. will be 1 day and a maximum of 14 days, depending on the type or class of product and the country of delivery.
The products are sent to the address indicated by the customer during the order so that it can be delivered within normal business hours. In Hsjgourmet.com it is necessary to register to be able to place orders, registering your identification and shipping data to speed up the process in subsequent purchases by simply selecting one of the several shipping addresses that you can store, modify, delete or enter new ones. Hsjgourmet.com does not assume any responsibility for the consequences of possible delays in shipping.
If the recipient is not located in the place indicated in the order, the transport agency leaves a warning note with a telephone number so that you can specify the exact date, time and place of the second delivery attempt and, failing that, it will be will be done the next business day. If after this delivery is not achieved, a note is left again and the order is at your disposal at the office of the courier agency closest to the place indicated for delivery. Returns:
In accordance with article 68 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, the Customer is granted the right of return within seven days of receiving the order, the Customer himself assuming the amount of the return costs.
Returns will only be accepted for products that meet the following requirements:
1) The order must be returned with all its products, with its original packaging and its original seal without breaking, with all its accessories and in perfect condition. In the case that the return of an already opened product is requested, it will only be admissible if it retains at least 80% of its original weight. In this case, it must be returned in its original packaging and in the best possible condition to be accepted.
2) Returns of products that do not come in their original packaging will not be accepted, unless they are defective due to some type of damage during shipping or simply due to the wrong product (sorry in advance). Only in this case, Hsjgourmet.com will pay the costs of returning the product and shipping the new product as soon as possible.
3) The procedure to follow to return a product begins with an e-mail to info@hsjgourmet.com or on our Customer Service page, with the order details, your identification, reasons for the return and a photo of the product as it arrived in the case of being defective. We will respond to this e-mail as soon as possible. If all the requirements are met, we will proceed to pay the total amount of the order or send a new one according to the process that we finally decide by mutual agreement, once we receive the returned order or product. The return shipment must be made on behalf of the buyer using the same Hsjgourmet.com box that we have sent you, or in a similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition and a copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package indicating the reasons for the return.
4) Hsjgourmet.com will not be responsible for the expenses caused by those returns that occur without respecting the steps established in this procedure.
