Our Serrana Shoulder Reserve HsjGourmet is made in a totally artisan way. With a natural cure of 12 to 18 months, we get a Serrana Shoulder with a deep and intense flavor. Our Shoulders come from the best white layer pigs (Landrace, Large White and Pietrain).
Spanish white pigs are known for their marbled meat and tender texture, which makes them highly suitable for making top-quality cured hams and shoulders. The Reserva Serrana Shoulder made with purebred pigs usually as a richer and more flavorful flavor compared to other types of Serrano shoulders.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION:
Serve in thin slices and at room temperature (preferably between 20 – 25 ºC). If the ham is sliced, it does not need to be stored in the fridge, it will only have to be stored in a cool, dry place. You'll know the slices are done when they naturally separate from each other.
