    HsjGourmet boneless acorn-fed Iberian ham is a type of ham that is made in Spain from pigs of the Iberian breed that are raised in freedom and feed exclusively on acorns and other fruits of the forest during the montanera season.

    Once the pigs have reached the appropriate weight, they are slaughtered and the ham is made. In the case of boneless ham, the central bone of the ham is removed and it is presented in a boneless piece, which facilitates its consumption and allows a better use of the product.

    Boneless acorn-fed Iberian ham is considered one of the most exclusive and valued hams in the world for its intense and smooth flavor, its juicy texture and its unmistakable aroma. It is a gourmet product that is usually consumed in small portions accompanied by quality wines or in gourmet dishes made with it.

    ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:

    Smell: intense aroma, persistent after slow and careful curing in natural dryers.
    Colour: lean, vivid and intense pinkish colour, with in
    ltrated fat very streaked in the muscle due to its pure breed.
    Taste: Intense aftertaste characteristic of the natural resources of the dehesa.
    Texture: Homogeneous, Juicy with fluidity on the palate.
    Curing: Curing that goes from 2 to 3 years in centuries-old natural cellars.
