    HsjGourmet Boneless Serrano Ham is a typical product of Spanish gastronomy that is made from the hind legs of white pigs, which are salted and cured in century-old cellars for a period of time that can vary between six and eighteen months.

    Once the ham has completed its curing process, it is deboned, which makes it easier to handle and consume. HsjGourmet Boneless Serrano Ham is vacuum packed, which guarantees its preservation and freshness for a long period of time.

    This product is characterized by its intense flavor and its juicy and fibrous texture, and it can be eaten in thin slices as an appetizer or as an ingredient in a wide variety of dishes. It is a highly appreciated food in Spanish gastronomy and is considered a high quality gourmet product.

    INGREDIENTS:

    Pork ham, salt, preservatives (E-250 and E-252), antioxidants (E-316) and sugar.

    Flavour: pleasant and characteristic aroma.
    Colour: characteristic color from pink to purple red in the lean part and shiny appearance of the homogeneous fat when cut.
