One of the most famous hams in Spain is Serrano Shoulder and Serrano Duroc Shoulder. These varieties are characterized by their unique flavor and texture, and have become one of the most appreciated foods in Spanish gastronomy. There are different types of Serrano Shoulder, depending on the area of ​​Spain where they come from and the variety of pork used for its preparation. These are some of the best known:
Teruel Serrano Shoulder: This variety comes from the province of Teruel, in Aragon, and is characterized by its intense flavor and smooth texture. Its Denomination of Origin is "Teruel   Shoulder".
